Kaylee loves doing typical teenager stuff – reading, watching her favorite tv shows and hanging out with her friends. When she found out she had a brain tumor, her life quickly changed. Some of the “typical teenager stuff” was put on hold. Only a week after her diagnosis, Kaylee underwent surgery and is currently in treatment.

By granting her wish, The Rainbow Connection has given Kaylee something positive to focus on. She can daydream about going on vacation with her family and enjoying white sandy beaches and clear blue skies. Kaylee shares, “Whenever I feel depress or sad while going through treatment, I think about how my wish will be granted. The Rainbow Connection is granting wishes for kids that are going through the toughest time they’ll have throughout their life.”
